Best food experience in Rome. Great tradishional dishes with simple ingredients which combine into humble but delicios tastes. Good portions and reasonable local prices. Can recommend any sea fruit and fish meals as they are fresh an prepared with excellence.

A very good restaurant on a quiet street in Testaccio that specializes in dishes from the Molise region. The "Sbriciolata" and "Carpaccio di Melanzane" were fantastic, as was the "Ravioli alla Carbonara", an interesting take on a classic Roman dish. The desserts were excellent across the board. The chef is the owner, which is usually a safe bet.
