Spent a night there after visiting Etna. Very friendly and helpful staff, room was okay.

Because of the off season we got our room for 65 euros a night. The concierge was very helpful and gabe us a map for hiking etna. We were able to check in early and store our bags until the bus came the next day. They also allow room service to be ordered at their front desk from their restaurant.
Only minus was that breakfast was basically gone by the time we got there (30 minutes after it opened snooze you lose)

Great place to visit to go up Mount Etna with lots of little souvenir shops and restaurants. Of course as this is the Touristy spot it was busy and expensive. We loved it though and would go again.

There is nothing to complain but low wall soundproofing. The rest conditions were of high level. I enjoyed staying in the hotel.

We couldn't really find a place where to get information about different tours/things to do. You have to go to the tickets office and ask there with all the queue behind you. Nice experience though. A lot of place for parking.

Thoroughly enjoyed the view, even from just the top off the cable car. They even provide the option for people to buy the bus ticket at the top of the cable car area if you change your mind. There is good food, restrooms and souvenirs at the upper cable car station. We bought a panini and drinks to eat on the ride down. It was a great lunch break. Very friendly and you can get by easily with speaking only English.
