Very Friendly, very clean, breakfast was very good. The owners are very nice and do an excellent job. Very close to the train station and restaurants also close to outdoor market.

Nice clean rooms. I thought location was great - walking distance to train station. Staff was wonderful and very helpful in helping navigate a route to Hertz which is in ZTL zone

Excellent, warm service with very spacious apartments. The location is also great as almost all the major attractions are within 25 minutes walking. Only downsides are that the apartments are not toddler friendly (ours had three floors and not all stairs had rails, so chances of an accident were high), and while the bathrooms are large the layout is not optimal for the number of people that stay in the apartments.

Horrible room for the double room booking. Requested a quiet room and got a room in a outdated house. Noise from the street and upper floors can be clearly heard although the owner insisted that there are double windows installed. Also, strange smells in the room. Switched to another hotel immediately and owner refused to provide a refund for the rest of the two nights booking. Be very careful when you book this hotel. The room conditions can be very different and owner cares about money more than the customer's well being.

we recently stayed for 3 nights at this hotel and were very pleased with all aspects. The location was good, it was clean and spacious. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was fine.

Excellent place to stay with great loft-type rooms with kitchens, and lovely breakfasts. Great location -- and parking on-site if you need it. Easy walk to everything and very close to the train station but located on a quieter sidestreet.

The best stay I had in Florence. Get the apartment and it comes with a small Kitchen!
