I stayed three October weeks in a studio located in a smaller house on the premises.
The location is very central, walking distance to the center, museums, churches etc.

The studio was muggy and damp, probably because of the time of the year with frequent showers. The collection of mildew on the wall increased during my stay.
I had ants in the kitchen that would come appear as soon as there was a trace of sugar, e.g., near the sink. There was a pool of water on the kitchen floor each morning, a result of condensation on the glass front door.The kitchen equipment was poor; no can opener, no cutting board, no bread knife, no garlic press, only two ordinary glasses.but an excellent coffeemaker for the stove.

I am sure summer is a much better time to stay in this place, it has a very nice garden.
