The shower is very small totally inconvenient and in between the rooms The location is a joy with lake in front Overall OK but will be the best if the bath is fixed properly.

There was no door between kids room and main bedroom. There was not enough lighting in room but hotel was quite clean and views were quite good

Good: Spacious room, good chair and desk. Great water pressure in the shower. AC worked well. Lake view is beautiful. Pool was refreshing after a day of sweating in Florence. Breakfast was typical italian light fare.
Bad: Mattresses are hard as wood. Very hard to get a good night's sleep on such a firm mattress. Bathroom was very small and hard to move around in for a person of larger stature. Also, while the shower had great water pressure, the drain was too slow, so the shower had to be regulated so as to not overflow the shower. The rectangular shower was fairly roomy, but the location of the shower controls is right on the middle of the rectangle made the space not very useful. If you try to stand in the center, you'll constantly bump the controls, changing the temperature of the water. No refrigerator in the room.response / report this review -

The hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was included and has yogurt, eggs, bread, butter, jelly, pastries, cereal, milk, and they make you your choice of coffee. I would say the beds were a little uncomfortable but not unbearable. However the view of the lake made up for it. It was stunning at night and during the day.

On a serene lake. Wi-Fi is free but very unreliable. Breakfast is limited selection, although fresh and good dinner is available.

WiFi available but connection tends to be poor. Good service and accomodations otherwise. Breakfast was not very good and did not have many options.
