Appartamento con tutti i comfort ed abbastanza grande. Gestore molto cordiale e disponibile. Renderebbe ottimo avere a disposizione lavastoviglia. Manca purtroppo anche l'ascensore.

The buildings are surrounded by roads and are not sound-proof. 2 km from the sea, the road is not adapted to walking. no internet.

Appartamento molto carino ,funzionale:noi siamo in 4 (2 adulti 2 bimbi -5 e 6 anni) abbiamo preso monolocale .c sono letto a castello e divano letto, tutto abbastanza comodo,ristrutturato da poco e arredamenti moderni.la cucina è piccolina ma sufficientemente pratica,unica pecca la mancanza di un forno,anche se credo diano a richiesta (non so se a pagamento) microonde e tostapane.bagno piccolino ma pratico anch'esso. La piscina è un buon rimedio per i momenti di pausa dal tempo passato al mare.personale disponibile.prezzo ,per la prima settimana di settembre adeguato alle stagione e ai servizi che offre il residence,consiglio a chi come me ha prenotato tramite siti di ricerca di baipassarli e contattare direttamente la struttura per avere prezzi ancora più vantaggiosi.lo consiglio sia per famiglie ma anche a coppie che vogliono fare una vacanza tranquilla!

We visited the residence for the last two weeks of august.
Unfortunatly our car got aome engine problems but the owner Mr. Mario as kind and lovely as he is helped us out. He even stayed after the closing time to help us and visited with us his friend, a car-mechanic.
The hole story is a bit longer but at the end : Mr. Mario is the kindest and nicest Hotel owner we met. His team is very open and ready to help.
The hotel is a bit far away from the beach we visited but the shuttle bus brought us there every morning and took us back around 12.30 am and than the same thing at the afternoon. The hotel is very clean and organized. The only issue was the parking we had to use the parking a few meters away from the territory the reason is the size of aour huge family-wagon. We defenetly will visit Mr. Parodi´s residence again.
10 out of 5 Stars :)
P.S. The sea is so warm and clean we saw the ground 10 meters under the water-level. Liguria is a beautifull place and region but a bit expensive.
The first mechanic asked for 700€ but mister Parodi managed it for us so at the end we went to his friend at it cost only 100€. Just ask for help you won´t be disapointed.response / report this review -

Avevamo visto su Airbnb che gli appartamenti erano belli e una volta entrati abbiamo scoperto che sono nuovissimi.
Abbiamo avuto la piacevole impressione di essere i primi ad entrare. Un ottimo arredo completo di tutto: anche le stoviglie sono nuove. Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento numero 14 vicino al parco giochi per i bambini, di fronte alla piscina. La palazzina in fondo al complesso. Nostra figlia Giorgia ha subito fatto amicizia con altre bambine ospiti.
La spiaggia si raggiunge a piedi dal residence in meno di venti minuti, ma su richiesta nel periodo estivo è disponibile il servizio navetta gratuita.
C'è parcheggio per l'auto aria condizionata in tutte le stanze e Wi-Fi gratuito all'interno dell'appartamento.response / report this review -

Appartamenti nuovi e pulitissimo, comodi e confortevoli.
Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e collaborativo nonostante le nostre richieste.
Eravamo 13 amici ( famiglie con figli) e ci siamo trovati benissimo.
L' unico neo è la distanza dal centro del paese anche se sotto le feste fare una lunga passeggiata non ci ha fatto che bene.response / report this review -

Niets dan goede ervaringen met dit appartementen complex en de eigenaar/beheerder Mario. Een dikke 10 voor de mooie appartementen, prachtig ingericht, heel schoon en stijlvol. Klein maar gezellig zwembad en leuk speeltuintje voor de kids. Als je wilt kun je gebruikmaken van de shuttlebus, die altijd voor je klaar staat. Mario is niets te veel. Zoveel medewerking, zoveel aandacht voor zijn klanten. Hier komen we zeker nog een keertje terug.
