Nice place to discover the area (from Monaco to Genova). Our stay was for a few days during low-season. Breakfast was nice and friendly staff. Beach was nice, we received it as a complimentary instead of €10,- each pp. But I can imagine during high-season it can be crowded and less enjoyable. For us September was a perfect period.
WiFi worked outside perfect, also at their beach, but at our room the signal was not alway that strong.

Amazing bar at the seaside. I drunk some biers with friends in the dehor, which id open not only for guests. Amazing place near seaport

Positive: +Location is nice. +Very friendly stuff +Parking is free for the guests. +Menu - personally I liked the variety but I am sure that some people could be disappointed. +Rooms are big and clean +Air conditioning works very well and is quiet. Neutral: The private beach could be a bit better - more sand - if you are with small children. Negative: - Air conditioning could be cleaned - visible dark spots of mold in the fan. - cholrine odour in the room.

Very large open space double room , with kitchen, spaceous bathroom arranged in 3 planesa lot of mirrors :-)
Connected restaurant with tasty and plantiful plates - fresh fish and meat. In our room, near the reception, acceptable Wi-Fi with 2 Mbps up and down. Small private beach in front of the Hotel with beach umbrellas and sunbeds to rent and a bar.

tight room..from a side it was impossibile to go down from the bed..
plasterboard walls.. impossibile to sleep.. you' listen everything from people from other rooms
