The building itself and the rooms are gorgeous since the place appears to be a re-purposed monastery,estate, or similar. All exudes some grandeur of a great previous past, which has been preserved with great respect while modernizing the interior space and taking some stuffiness off. We had a huge and cleverly subdivided room with fridge, cooking niche, modern bathrooms, 42" screen TV with international channels, etc. All was very clean. The parking area is gated with electronic access, but one has 24 hr access thanks to e-card access. A great place to stay.

We had our own appartement which was nice, not to big though. The only thing was the broken shower door, but the shower worked finr. The car can be parked in front of the door. The trip to Parma city center was about 30 min by foot.
