  Quite expensive.. ground floor rooms are cold, WiFi is weak in most places, the bed is this and weak

  All facilities good except no complementary tea or coffee in the room.. The complementary breakfast was awesome.. To add to it Parma city is having awesome offers (Saldi) too..

  Room locations was a bit confusing, they only provided one key for 2 ppl which was a little inconvenient. Room was clean. Overall had a restful stay.

  I like the hotel.The staff is helpful and friendly, excellent bar, Restaurant is airy and welcoming. The rooms are rather smallish but fit for purpose. Could need a bit of refurbishment here and there but are clean.

  Staff was nice and friendly,breakfast was great! Restaurant menu was OK but nothing special! Rooms was clean but kind of old fashioned! 20 minutes by walk from center You can use taxi for 8 euro! We like it

  Staff this is the best think of this place very nice and professional.
  Hotel position is quite far from the city ceter, and the only way to reach it is by car.
  Rooms are clean but a little bit old and not well maintained.
