Terrible service. The 2 ladies could not even be bothered to serve me and preferred to chat among themselves. Please go to the other Prada outlet in the city.

4/19/2017 -- I purchased a handbag (2,200 Euro) for my wife while I was in Florence last Saturday. Good service and very good quality lady's bag made in Florence. Please ignore my previous rate. I'm not able to delete.

We wanted to go to a Prada outlet but didn’t have time anymore so we visited its shop and of course didn’t buy anything because the prices were way above our budgets
Instead we bought a leather messenger bag that was very cheap from a Nepali selling at a kiosk close to Ponte Vecchio.response / report this review -

My husband and I went into the shop inside Florence. We were greeted by a very snobby Italian man that sneered at us the entire time we looked around. Upon leaving he said a few italian words and ended with the word "Adio", which we had learned earlier in our trip from our tour director means, very rudely in Italian "I hope I never see you again". He did not think we understood, but we did and were very put off by the experience. How Rude!
