  Rude and arrogant staff. Real shame as some top guitars and amps, let alone pianos. Is it the Florentine way? Tommassone in Bologna is better.

  Small selection of gear, even though the store is big. Nothing interesting to see here, the usual casual selection of big ol’ music brands and not many of those either. Kinda outdated
  I guess, it’s good to buy peripherals like strings and books.

  The website said the store would be open 9AM to 1PM. Went there at 12 and it was closed.

  Non si può cambiare.
  Dopo tre giorni.
  Io non ho esperienza di queste cose, mai successo!!
  E a voi???
  Mi hanno assicurato che è così, è nuovo senza appello!!
  Tanti auguri a tutti i clienti per un verso, ai gestori per l'altro!!!
  Questa, la prima volta entrato ho speso 770 euro e questo è stato l'epilogo.
  
  PS: non c'è la 1/3 stella di sto cazzo di google???

  I bought 3/4 violing strings there and the seller was very polite and helpful. Although he doesn't speak English, he understood what I want and found a good set of violin strings for me. Thank you!

  Extremely rude! To say that they are unfriendly would be an understatement of all time. We came in to look at some guitars and since we are professional musicians we picked up one to check it out. An older man (employee) came into the room and yelled at us for touching instruments without receiving permission and stated that it was an extremely expensive guitar (at EUR 2,500!!!) and should not be handled without specific permissio. He took the guitar out of our hands, made rude hand gestures and left the room. AVOID THIS STORE!

  Went there for guitars they have a nice collection but I didn't like it that much. Also I wanted to buy some straps but only a few that were on the wall ,the ppl are nice.
