Make a complaint to the Fidene Serpentara police station: once the non-commissioned officer is missing, once there is but he doesn't want to and then they bounce you at the door with two thousand questions and discouraging you, once again they make you wait for hours. Really speechless, so much fancazzismo all together is rarely seen.

I have been aware of how they treat strangers that I would like to point out are human beings, and I have to say that I was feeling bad for them. I'm so sorry.
Education and respect are the first thing then if you get stressed out to work with the public you change job or job.

I hardly find myself writing reviews, however, this is one of those cases where it is really worth spending 10 minutes to express your personal experience. I wanted to give a PRAISE to ALL the staff present at the Passport Office and Port of Arms release, in particular, I wanted to congratulate Ladies Tecla Tecla and Mara, thank you for your kindness and for your courtesy and above all for the your patience.

It is not my usual practice to do reviews but this seems to me to be a proper act. Super experienced, helpful and competent staff. Given the urgent need, and close to mid-August, my son's passport was issued to me in less than 24 hours. Never seen such an efficient public service! Thanks to them, our vacation is safe.
