  Very unhelpful. He implied he spoke no English and when I tried to communicate with hand gestures and broken italia he spoke English back. He wouldn't budge with the info I needed.

  police officer was a total bastard and as unhelpful as could be, at first said go away, eventually on my return gave me my form for lost passports his bent was to piss me off so he could play me around, useless piece of human scum best place for him is underground
