We stayed at Hotel Ping Pong for 3 nights in the middle of July. We were charged double for the tourist tax. We payed for it both when we arrived and also at check out. We only noticed it after leaving the hotel. So we sent the pictures of receipts the same day and asked for the return of extra charge. Altogether we sent 4 e-mails about it, but never received ANY answer. Because they didn’t show any willingness to correct their mistake, we think that they might be doing it on purpose.

Great cleanliness, wonderful staff. The breakfast is EUR 3, and completely worth it. Excellent for exploring Ostia or just lying on the beach!

This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed at. If you are coming from out of the country, do NOT stay here. The front desk guy was clearly discriminating against us. That is how everyone that works there treats you. We are visiting from out of the country and nobody there was helpful or nice. I will never stay at this hotel again. They treat their customers like shit, if you are from another country, do not stay at this prejudice hotel. It's obviously for Italians only
