Only service is acceptable. Stay there only because it is close to the airport.
The people at the front desk were very nice and made an effort to communicate with me in English. Affordable price. My only problem was that they didn't have hair conditioner and I couldn't really change the AC setting (it was freezing!) but that may just be because I had never used a foreign thermostat before haha.
ENG-To 200 mt. from the Railway Station and around 4 km. from the airport it is good for the various connections. Arrival enter the room and the conditioned air it didn't work, very kindly they change me the room. The structure is discreetly kept, the breakfast is paid 3,50 I believe, you furnish him the curtains they are old not washes of frequent I have also found a hair of woman in the towel for the face, and the sanitary ones with incrostazioni of limestone that doesn't make to go out well even the water, the nonexistent refrigerator and the tv, as the Wi-Fi they didn't take well, in the corridor there is the false parquet that amplifies noises, footsteps of the people and trolley, waking up you the night or in the first hours of the morning. Some went out it stinks from the pillow or from under the bed. In short it is not, really a 3 stars in comparison to the Italian and European standards, with a maintenance room for room andand some shrewdness in more you/he/she could surely revalue him.
You get what you pay for. Not far from the train station. Small, but good place to sleep, especially if you are flying out of Ciampino Airport on an early morning flight with Ryan Air. Ask the desk clerk to book a taxi for you.
Hint for finding it: google maps will lead you there and you will see a huge Hotel Laura sign with no standout entrance. Stay calm, walk up the outdoor steps right under the sign and walk forward a bit until you're between the 2 buildings, just to the left there is a door that looks very residential but will have a buzzer for the hotel. That's what you're looking for.
Staff very firendly and helpful. Hotel does what it says on the tine, very basic room, very small, but was fine for a sleep before a flight
It is difficult to find the Hotel. Simple, but good for one night.
The setting is warm and welcoming, but the food is the main focus and it doesn't disappoint.
The service is nice, it's very convenient to get to from the airport, fairly cheap for one room with a queen size bed, and the wifi is good however here is a list of my complaints. The room smells weird (like the sheets haven't been cleaned), the walls and ceiling are dirty, the ceiling has holes in it (like there was an issue with termites before), also the beds are uncomfortable. The minute I walked in I felt the need to disinfect the entire room.
Perfect if you arrive on a late flight or leave on an early one. €1.20, 10min bus from the airport. Then €1.50 , 15min train ride to Rome. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly. A little difficult to find at first, it's through a door on a covered walkway and up to the first floor.
