The host Michele is very gentle and kind! He has always a good advise to give and you can always ask him for a good place to visit or a good place to go for lunch/dinner. Plus he always serves a great sicilian breakfast!!!

Ho alloggiato presso questo bed&b per tre giorni. Il signor Michele è stato disponibilissimo, e mi ha dato ottimi consigli per Catania. La struttura è deliziosa.

Sono stata al Picone bb per quattro giorni e mi sono trovata meravigliosamente bene! Ottima la posizione della struttura,al centro storico di Catania, camera ampia, pulita e profumata! Michele è molto gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti!!!! Io ci tornerò di sicuro.

Comfortable, good sized rooms in a very convenient location. The owner seems pretty helpful, but his English is not super strong. The interior is a wee bit old.
There are some good restaurants nearby in an alley, eg Fud Bottega.
Catania is a really beautiful old city, with a view of Mount Etna smoking in the background.
