The package offered is very appealing with air conditioning in the room, sauna, pool on the roof and breakfast. The service is great, everyone was very nice to. One morning we were a bit late for breakfast but they offered us cappuccini and some stuff from the buffet. Only four stars though because it was a tad expensive nonetheless.

As usual, this hotel continues to be a very pleasant surprise. I have stayed three times for extended periods of time. The value is very good. The location is great. But the best part is the people that work there. They are very helpful and continually make suggestions and recommendations. Every time I have come down the stairs I have been met with a smile and a very courteous greeting. Makes you feel that they care that you are staying with them. I travel quite a bit and do not get that in a lot of places. My Italian is limited but their English is very good.
The hotel is within easy walking distance to restaurants, markets and fruit stands or stores. In the car it is close to getting back on Hwy 14 or even closer to Route 16 which follows the coast.
Easy access to Pescara shopping, train station, and restaurants at a much better price than hotels in Pescara..
Overall value is 5 out of 5. Some rooms have a great view of the water and access to beach is only a walk across the street from the hotel's entrance. The have their own parking lot adjacent to building that is secure. There is additional street parking right in front. The internet is good but sometimes you have to use a different connection site dependent on where you are in hotel (room, restaurant or bar).response / report this review -

The beds were like sleeping on a floor, the pillows were really uncomfortable too. My room was meant to be a double and I got a twin, I wanted to cry during the night when I woke up and was so uncomfortable. I stayed for 3 nights and its the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There is a TV but it doesn't have any English channels, which is expected. The shower was OK. The room was small. The breakfast was terrible! I had Coco Pops. The pool was the nicest part and being a few minutes from the beach. But this is NOT 4 star.

Nice design and good located close to the beach. Unfortunately my wallet was taken from the hotel restaurant, where we had dinner. I forgot it there in the evening, the next morning it was nowhere to be found. As if that is not bad enough reception people did not really make an effort to help, but asking whether I was sure I had left it there.
So, I suspect the hotel stuff must have taken it, since there only was one other guest. I would not visit again!response / report this review
