Chi è stato all'hotel Park Aurora ci torna sicuramente in quanto incontra simpatia buona cucina tradizione di ospitalità e il giusto mix di divertimento, piano bar e tranquillità. Si trova a 20 metri dal mare e volendo si può rinunciare alla piscina e tuffarsi in mare accedendo alle spiaggette libere subito di fronte all'albergo. la zona termale è ricchissima di attrazioni quali palestra percorso su pietre levigate piscina coperta con atmosfera relax sauna docce emozionali massaggi trattamenti Beauty.

Posto meraviglioso, fronte mare con piscine e terme in cui rilassarsi.
Ci siamo trovati benissimo😍
Staff efficiente e disponibile a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza del cliente.
Menù vario,abbondante e di qualità.
Un particolare ringraziamento al grande Vincenzo il numero 💙10💙 del personale di sala che ha rallegrato con professionalità i nostri momenti conviviali.
Un ringraziamento anche a Giovanni, il direttore dell'albergo.

Bella collocazione sul maredue piscine termali esterne con terrazza/solarium vista golfo. Terme interne alla struttura. Buona la cucina di gusto locale, con diverse alternative anche dietetiche. Ottima la varietà dei dolci preparati dallo chef. Il personale sia di sala che alla reception è cordiale e disponibile alle richieste. Molto simpatiche e sorridenti le cameriere.

Hotel Parco Aurora is a pleasant but dated hotel in Ischia which is rated as 4 stars. We spent a week there last month; Our hotel room was clean and comfortable, the pool facilities were nice and the staff were friendly. However, the hotel falls down badly in certain areas – the breakfast served is probably the worst we’ve had in Italy at a 4 star hotel. Cheap and low quality breakfast items are served daily without change–
Bread – the same one Italian style bread and 1 cheap white bread for toast every day
Cheese – only 1 unappetising ‘yellow’ cheese and 1 white cheese that never varied
Juice – no Fresh juice, but cheap sweet orange and grapefruit juice
Fresh fruit – oranges and apples. Summer fruits such as peaches, apricots, grapes, etc were non-existant
Canned fruit – same mixture of cheap canned fruit everyday
Yogurt – served up in 1 big bowl that everybody took from, no individual containers
Croissants – looked like they were left over from previous days
Tomatoes – were not sliced, but placed whole in a bowl everyday
No olives, cucumbers or other fresh vegetables
Cake – left overs from the previous night’s dinner servings
A couple of dry breads in industrial paper wrappers
Scrambled eggs were removed 15 minutes every day before the end of breakfast? – why?
Etc
The hotel also falls down on the bathroom cosmetics – the only cosmetic apparent is cheap shampoo in cheap small envelopes. Soap quality is also very poor.
It’s a pity that the hotel has to cheapen itself with the poor breakfast and cheap cosmetics. Regretfully, what could be a 4 star hotel is unfortunately a 2.5 star at bestresponse / report this review -

Servizio impeccabile, spa gratuita, piscine termali con vista sul Golfo di Napoli. La posizione poi è tra le più belle del Mediterraneo

Отличный отель рядом с морем с 2 мя бассеинами. Очень приятный персонал. Хороший номер с большой терассой и видом на море и бассеин. Вкусные завтраки. Отель находится в самом центре недалеко от порта.

Faccio soggiorno da circa 14anni nel mese di maggio/giugno. Ho sempre avuto grande ospitalità, professionalità, da parte di tutto il personale. Ottima e bella posizione,Buona cucina con personale di sala sempre molto gentili. Voglio dire grazie al dr.Giovanni ed alla reception.
