Bellissima struttura, comoda da raggiungere, alla giusta distanza dai parchi termali dell'isola (il Poseidon è giusto sotto e si raggiunge a piedi). Dalle camere si gode di una fantastica vista mare e della piscina dove si può ammirare un meraviglioso tramonto. La piscina riscaldata e veramente comoda, pulita e ben tenuta. Tutto il giardino intorno, molto bello, rendono l'ambiente veramente accogliente. Le camere sono pulite e della grandezza giusta. Il personale è molto attento alla cura del cliente e sempre disponibile. Noi abbiamo avuto un contrattempo tecnico nel bagno e senza neanche chiedere ci hanno subito trovato una nuova stanza. Non abbiamo usufruito del ristorante pertanto non posso dure nulla a riguardo. Il prezzo delle camere vale il valore della struttura. In genere non ci piace tornare nello stesso posto, ma vista la qualità e la cortesia, nonché come è strutturato l'Hotel, forse in questo ci ritorneremo di sicuro.

Great sunset view from the balcony at room 139. Super friendly staff that are really service minded.
The room are small but adequate. The balcony is the best part due to its size. There is room for two sun beds a table and a couple of chairs and still room for exercise if you wanted.
The terrass also have a cold water hose so if you don't want to hang by the pool in a bathing cap (required by all guest with hair) you can sun bathe on the terrass.
The breakfast could offer more variety and a lot of the spread runs out during the end.
Ohhh yeah, you need ear plugs if you want to sleep longer than 0900 when the cleaning lady starts. Still room 139 is great!

My experience here was decent . I was moved around to three different rooms during my 4 day stay. One of the rooms wifi didn't work.

Cecelia the receptionist was good and Rafael the waiter was good but other than that i felt very much unwelcomed.

I went to ask for something in the lobby and this old lady (I don't know her position at the hotel) yells at me in Italian screaming in front of guests that shes very angry with me for picking a lemon from the lemontree (which i got permission to do from the grounds keeper and the receptionist) i just didn't respond and walked to my room.

The views are good, 15 minute walk to the beach, but its a huge uphill (you should rent a scooter if available). Rooms small, showers tiny. Restaurant is decent but extremely over priced. Avoid it.

Overall my experience was not so good. I would unfortunately not recommended this place after getting yelled at and embarrassed by this lady.

If you do go here, deal with Cecelia, she was very helpful and nice.
