The staff at the Panoramic are excellent, immediately on arrival the reception team took the time to annotate a map of Taormina for us before advising on great places to see & eat. The hotel is clean, modern & well equipped with a terrace bar & roof top pool. Only a 2 minute walk from the beautiful Isola Bella beach (5 minutes to get back - man those stairs are steep) it's ideal for sun lounging. The cable car connecting the beach with Taormina town is just 10 minutes away & offers an easy ride into the town itself. Housekeeping are great, breakfast is a good variety & nothing is too much trouble for the team; up to loaning us beach towels for the day. All round a great base for a great holiday & highly recommended.

Fantastic hotel. Super friendly, helpful guys working here - especially the chap at breakfast, rooms with breathtaking views and a rooftop pool that's the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun.

Good positioned hotel with perfect views over isola bella. Very kind and helpful front desk managers -helped to arrange day tours and shuttle service the airport. Thanx. Will be happy to stay there again.

Excellent hotel with great views from all rooms and balconies. Well appointed rooms, everything is nicely decorated and in perfect working condition. Right across the street from the beach and short walk to the gondola to upper town (historic part). Great breakfast, amazing selection, best we had in Italy. Highly recommended!

Best sleeps i have had while in sicily. Mattress was superb- not old and springy. Room was clean and the view was spectacular. The service was impeccable. Staff went out of their way to make your stay relaxing and comfortable. An example is parking. Although parking was 15 euro a day, the valet service was great with the amount of limited parking in the area. The cable car is only less than 200m walk from the hotel and the steps to the isola bella island beach is only 20m away. Beach is rocky so i would recommend bringing reef shoes.( these and other goods are sold on the stairs down to the beach) I would stay here again and recommend to others.
