Lovely hotel with history and incredible views, including their own garden and breakfast area overlooking the sea and Naxos bay. Service was perfect and friendly. If you want an Espresso or Cappuccino, make sure you ask. All rooms are air conditioned and there are safes in the rooms.
Showers are not very good, however, as clearly a lot of people showering at once through the hotel is an issue. Breakfast is good, but a few more options would be nice.response / report this review -

Stayed for a week returning yesterday - lovely relaxing hotel, a 10 min walk away from the bustle of the town (even in October). The views are superb & all the staff we met were so helpful & a pleasure to meet. We looked forward to an evening bottle of Nero D'Avola on the terrace - which was very good value & enjoyable. We loved it here!

This hotel is a little gem very traditional family run .The breakfast is very tasty and has a wide variety of homemade dishes and the waiter Sabastien makes you feel very welcome and is a good character .The views from all the rooms are breath taking . The cleaners make sure everything is spotless and again are lovely .
Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a true slice of Sicily (we for one will come back as so many at this hotel do) Mr and Mrs B.Howell.response / report this review -

The hotel itself has a very charming feel, and the views from the rooms are spectacular. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well. I would definitely say that the rooms on the upper floors have better accommodations. Our room felt strange and a little claustrophobic, as there was no window, just the balcony entrance by the bathroom and it was right by the stairs. Aside from this, the hotel has free parking (+++) and is located in a very walkable part of town close to the center and Greek Theater.

Lovely hotel with incredible views, friendly staff that don't quite speak English but we got by. Free parking but only for those experienced with tight spots and uphill parking. Nice views over your balcony if you are staying on the upper floors, otherwise you get a small terrace and deck chairs with the lower level rooms. Beds aren't the most comfortable but room has basic essentials and air con. Breakfast buffet consisted of basically continental items such as cereal, pastries, fruit, cheese, cold cuts and boiled eggs some days. Don't try walking out from the hotel from the bottom gate, it's locked ! Had to hurl myself over, in a dress, in 32 degree heat, by a main road Would recommend staying closer to the town Centre if you don't like walking uphill 10 mins in the summer heat.

Very, very, good hotel with history in Taormina. But not for everyone! Let me say it straight: do you admire hotels with pools, "all-inclusive" programs and animators? Don't go there! Do you like places with soul? Is important for you do not be like "another tourist" but feel like a Guest? Bel Soggiorno is place for you. Quiet, modest, but also with gentility of good old ages. And yes, great view! The best, I ever had. Dear staff - I and my wife we will come back and we are really looking forward to your amazing friday dinners!
