  Stayed here on a biking trip for 2 days. Rooms are beautiful. Staff is amazing. Breakfast great. But the main thing you do at a hotel is sleep. So if you like to sleep past 5:00, don't stay here. Both nights trash collection came by and spent 30 min throwing trash from the entire alley into the trucks. If they can guarantee a room that will be quiet, take it. If you normally are up at 5, fantastic place to stay

  Caro, molto caro, certo è un 5 stelle. Nemmeno comodissima la logistica, perché il tipo di struttura costringe a su e giù continui. Così è Matera, del resto. Però bel palazzo, letto comodissimo, silenziosissimo, una buonissima, meravigliosa colazione e qualcosa in più: il personale è gentilissimo

  Hotel di alto livello. Personale attento e davvero squisito. Palazzo in posizione centrale, restaurato molto bene. Colazione di alta qualità. Per la spa devo ancora provarla.
