Lovely hotel in Atrani. Staff were wonderful. Expect stairs to and from the hotel. Charming area. Bed was very hard but all the pillows I slept on made sleeping more comfortable.

The hotel can be hard to find at first. Atrani is like a labyrinth. Besides that, the hotel is great: beds are clean; bath salts are complimentary for those relaxing baths; breakfast is delicious and buffet-style; the WiFi is quick; and restaurants are walking distance.

Location one of the best in Atrani, prepare for a lot of steps up and down, but it's good selection of food, facilities (including solatium) and helpful staff mean that you are happy to make the short journey on the rare occasion you need to come down (to get an ice cream. For example)

Terrible experience with this hotel before I have even stayed there.

When I contacted the hotel to confirm my reservation - and to inform them I am celebrating my wedding anniversary in Amalfi with my wife - they decided they would change their standard policy (stated on numerous booking sites): "Children are welcome. Kids stay free! Children stay free when using existing bedding."

They informed me first that my toddler must sleep in an infant cot (which would be too small for him) with an additional not insignificant compulsory charge. When I then told them this would not be practical and he will be sleeping in our bed as per their policy, they insisted they would like to charge us extra for this also - against their stated policy.

Be warned, if you make a booking with this hotel you will have to be ready to be charged for extras that you do not want or need, even if it is stated that they are included.

I welcome a reply from the management at Palazzo Ferraioli to rectify this problem and will be happy to amend my review if they are able to help. I have so far attempted to email the hotel (they will not reply to me) and call them (the reception will not allow me to speak to the hotel management) -- this is how a customer with a reservation, wanting to celebrate their wedding anniversary at the hotel are treated!

Hotel ben ristrutturato e molto curato. Stanza spaziosa e pulita , wi-fi, biancheria da letto e da bagno di ottima qualità.
Personale simpatico, cortese e molto disponibile. Tutto è ben organizzato.
Unica pecca la colazione: seppur sufficiente non è al livello delle colazioni continentali standard e soprattutto il caffè non è certo in linea con la tradizione campana.
Ci torneremo di certo.

Situato ad Atrani sulla bellissima costiera amalfitana palazzo ferraioli offre lusso e confort. Il personale professionale e qualificato sarà disponibile e pronto ad ogni esigenza. Unico neo la sua posizione: benché si trovi nel cuore del paese e vicino sia al parcheggio che alle zone di servizio raggiungerlo, obbligatoriamente a piedi è un po faticoso. Lo sforzo verrà ripagato da tutto il resto!
