Stayed there in September 2017. Excellent customer service. The young Lady Paula at the front desk accommodated us very well. Excellent service with a smile. Restaurant was also very nice and great prices as well. Definitely will return.

We had 1 week holiday in this hotel.i like it..the staff kind and helpful..in my opinion they have to change something with the pool ..because the water was cold for mei think if they heating a bit more guest coming outside and enjoying the cocktails or coffee there :) but anyway grazia for this time:)

Staff were fantastic, the pool was great and very family friendly. Some nightly family orientated activities would make it the best hotel/resort in Naples

Great pool area with plenty of space. The hotel and rooms are clean and relatively quiet. Breakfast is also fine, especially to the price. A great place to relaxe.

A little of the beaten track but lovely Hotel ,staff very friendly n helpful,hygiene was of high standard .thanks to all for enjoyable stay .

Nice meal, kind staff and the facility was also very clean and well managed.
Best place if you have a car.
We could see the the night party at the pool and could see how locals enjoy it and also you can enjoy real Napolian firestone pizza at Vulcania with lower price nearby the hotel.
It was an awesome experience to foreigners like me.

PRO: Close (driving distance) to Naples and Pozzuoli attractions. Large clean rooms. The pool was a huge positive after a day of travel/walking.

CON: Not the place if you're looking to step out for some shopping/dining (it's on a hill and vicinity is not that great). Breakfast was so and so. Pool closes early + mandatory swimming caps even for the youngsters.
