Bathroom was small and without hot water. The room was ok, large and clean. Good breakfast.
Nice hotel. Very close to a railway. Quite far from the centre but trains are available. Good places to eat in the area
It was a nice hotel but not great. It was self proclaimed four star hotel but really seemed more like a 3 star hotel. Good service, nice room and decent breakfast. The hotel staff were very nice. My only issue was that the hotel was very far from Central Naples. There is a train right there that's about 20 minutes to town but the issue is that the last train is at about 9:30. We took a taxi back around midnight ended up costing nearly Thirty euros. But really most things close in Naples before 9 anyway so it's not as big of a deal it's still something to keep in mind.
Good location a d amazing staff.
Nice hotel and very friendly staff! Bedroom was small but had everything we needed; breakfast was OK. They allow dogs. Tight access to the free private parking. Recommended.
Very rude people.
Very central hotel, friendly staff, very clean!
It is good place and you can find a good restaurant in the same building. Very close to the station and easy access to center of Naples!
Good but not too much
This hotel is an oasis of calm from the noise and chaos of Naples. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about places to visit and how best to get there. The room was clean and comfortable although being from the UK a kettle and hot drink facility in the room would have been nice. Mini bar prices were sensible. Breakfast was good with all manner of foods from eggs cheese and ham to pastries fruit cake and juices in a buffet style. The local pizza/pasta restaurant next door was good for an evening meal with friendly family staff and prices which were comparably cheaper to those in central Naples. This hotel is situated on the west side of the city and handy for Puzouli port and the coast which can be accessed by train across the road from the hotel. Tickets can be purchased for approx 3 euros per day and are valid anywhere in the city. If sightseeing within Naples the open topped double decked buses are a good safe bet with multi language commentary you can spend all day on a hop on hop off basis over three routes for around 11 euros each. We employed the services of a personal driver Lucio from the hotel who took us on a couple of occasions further afield to Pompei and Sorrento and Solfatara he was knowledgeable and knew the best places to go for panoramic photos and eating etc, in our view this was well worth it and he was cheaper than local taxis. Overall a good experience.
