Rooms are tidy and beautifully furnished. Quiet and peaceful. Staff is friendly and always ready to help. Located in the "black beaches" area it's only a few minutes away from the center & 10 minutes from the trail that takes you on top of the vulcano.

Posizione panoramica direttamente sulla spiaggia con zona riservata con ombrelloni e lettini ed assistenza di un bagnino gentilissimo. Staff cordiale e sempre disponibile, terrazza al tramonto con cocktsil bar con barman top. Bella la suite che mi hanno riservato, moderna e ben progettata. Ottima la pulizia ed una lode speciale al buffet del breakfast. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

We stayed for 1 night on a tour of the islands. The room was nice and spacious. Breakfast was good. Location is not bad- 5 minutes walk into town. The bad smell does not linger around the hotel which was a big benefit. We walked up the volcano on the evening we arrived which was amazing and the best part of our stay in vulcano.

Secondo anno stesso periodo stessa stanza stessa cortesia e professionalità la colazione meravigliosa lo spicchio di spiaggia privato una chicca. Le stanze ottime con le ceramiche si Caltagirone.

Das Hotel hat uns voll überzeugt: Ruhig, sauber, die Mitarbeitenden nett und zuvorkommend, das Zimmer wunderbar. Wir werden ganz sicher wieder buchen
