While the rooms and food are good, the area is not nice. I wouldn't recommend going outside in the evening.

If this is 4 star hotel then I am Sofia Loren. The rooms were very average. The blanket more like crape paper then a blanket. The downstairs rooms had no signs anywhere and the manager was upset that we could not figure out that the rooms are behind the dining room. Again no sign anywhere . Afterwards we stayed in 4 star hotel in Tome and there was no comparesment. None. RUN away.

Food was a bit pretentious, hit or miss. Room was acceptable. Air con was surprisingly good. Staff were helpful. Should be 3.5 But it's in the middle of nowhere. Seriously do your research.

The rooms are ok and the staff is nice. The food was disappointing. However the hotel is in a terrible neighbourhood poverty and trash surround it. Its location relative to the noteworthy sites in Naples is equally terrible, with at lengthy drive to the city.

hotel veramente scadente colazione, pranzo e cena scadenti acqua del rubinetto e carne acida (abbiamo chiesto la tipologia e la risposta è stata "di cacoccioli") piscina a pagamento frigobar rotto, inesistente o in poche camere presente, cassaforte rotta, personale sgarbato, sporcizia (abbiamo trovato un paio di scarafaggi nel letto), incolpati di danni non commessi,lenzuola sporche, phon non funzionante e scarico rotto

Hotel molto scadente, senza dubbio non da 4 stelle. Stanze piccole e letti ammassati, personale svogliato e da richiamare più volte affinché portino ciò che é stato richiesto dal cliente. Pane duro, cotolette crude e pasta scadente. Non lo consiglierei a nessuno
