The Il Giardino Dell'Arte is incredible, it's situated on a hill side in anacapri over looking the ocean with multiple terraces to admire the view. It's so relaxed that it would actually be difficult to be stressed about anything. To go with how incredible a place it is, the owner, a 5th generation resident of the island, is one of the nicest men you'll ever meet. He gladly became the only guide we needed for the island and suggested restaurants for every meal of the day while also planning our rides to said meals. His English is fluent and his attention to detail is flawless. The breakfast is also delicious, and the rooms are a modest size but they are air conditioned which is a big plus when it can be very hot midday. Overall a must stay if you find yourself in Capri, the view of the sunset is second to none and the same goes for the time you spend at this place.

Dictum, factum. Franco is a genuine man and a perfect host, willing to pick up travelors from the Marina Grande at no added cost. (He also drove us into town whenever we needed.) He gave us great advice and has the most amazing flower garden which is throughout the grounds. Franco got us a great tour of the island and it's many grottos with Luigi, a lively man with a great outlook.
The daily breakfasts are amazingly delicious with fruit right out of the garden! Gorgeous views looking out at Ischia are wonderful and the sunsets are breath taking. We spent 5 nights here for our honeymoon.
When we had a problem with our next hotel in Amalfi cancelling our room for no apparent reason, Franco spent an hour on the phone with the Villa Rena, finally getting us our room back.

The location is awesome, great view of Ischia island, sea and sunset. The staff is really kind and available (thanks Franco for your suggestions!). Minor problem: the bed was noisy and not very comfortable.

We had some beautiful and relaxing days in the Giardino dell Arte. Franco the owner picked us up at the Marina Grande and brought us back,early in the morning and all that for free!
His Staff was very friendly and helpful. The setting was very clean and quiet, with a lovely garden that had many mediteranian plants and flowers.
The breakfast was rich, fresh and plenty, it was served on the sunny outside with a terrific sight to the Gulf of Napoli. It was like beeing in paradise. We will come back soon!
