This was the worst place we've ever been!!
They sell one thing on the booking photos and you get another when you get there.
When we got there we had to call them, cause there was no one there. They have one address in booking, and sent us to another place.
Horrible room, no conditions at all, dirty and very small.
The toilet was separated from the room but they told us it was private(we paid for that) and there was another couple using it as well. We even had to ask for toilet paper several times!
Breakfast was served in a bar nearby, and you can only have 1croissant and 1 coffee. If you want something else, you need to pay for it.
I don't recommend this place to anyone! The worst accomodation experience ever in one of the most amazing cities of the world
On arrival we found a family who were waiting outside the building which we assumed the b&b was in. With no signs, we weren't sure we were in the right place and had to phone the property. They came from another location to let us in and led us to the basement of the block of flats.
The person who let us in handed us our keys and asked us to pay for the city tax which was €3.60 per person per night. After telling us about free breakfast, she left to check in the other family. The free breakfast was one croissant and a tea/ coffee. The person did not tell us what each key did and we had to figure it out. Trying to get out was the hardest part as there was a strange lock and we had to knock on the door of another guest to help us.
The actual room was dark and oddly painted (bright red and lime green). The details of the property said that there was air conditioning however there was none. The wifi was awful and could only connect in one spot of the room. Since being in the basement there was no mobile service anywhere. The walls were paper thin so you could hear everything happing in the rest of the b&b. The bathroom turned into a wet room after 30 seconds of the shower being on, due to the broken drain and shower doors. The first time the toilet was used it broke and my boyfriend had to turn the water off so he could fix the issue of the flush button. Our double bed was two single beds that kept sliding apart and were very uncomfortable. The bed sheets were scratchy and hard.
The luggage storage is in a bar a few minutes away and your bags are left in the corner. We were told the place shut at 3pm and since we wanted to pick it up later we had to go to someone's house so they could open up and let us get our bags.
I would not recommend this b&b.
All breakfast were too poor, and when I went to Rome I had to wait to the owner for almost one hour.
Room was not as described online. However for the price it was clean and the bed was big. Note that 1 floor of rooms is upstairs and one downstairs in the basement. All the photos online are not of the basement!
Small, cozy room with shower and toilet. Wet room. To sleep enough.
ottimo affittacamere metro linea rossa pochi passi fermata sangiovanni ubicazione super ,camera pulita e spaziosa dotata di bagno in camera ,staff eccellente il proprietario salvatore sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa consigliatissimo
Was a bit awkward to deal with, breakfast was bad. Nice location with grocery and laundry close though.
I had a bad luck staying in a green double room with shared bathroom. It was offseason. The administrator hardly speaks English. Bad sheets were dirty. No kitchen, so you can't make yourself a dinner or even a cup of tea. Breakfast was not as in the pictures, nor it was fresh. Shower handle was broken. Oh and I had to stay here because the place I booked was overbooked.
We stayed in the B & B Sette Re on Aug. 1 for a portion of our honeymoon. We were supposed to stay on July 31 and Aug. 1. My husband and I were scheduled to fly in from Munich, Germany on July 31. This flight was an hour and a half. Unfortunately, our flight was canceled due to fires in the Germany region and was not rescheduled until the following day. What was supposed to be an hour and a half flight took 24 hours of traveling simply to arrive in Rome. We notified the B & B Sette Re of these unfortunate circumstances over e-mail. The only response we received was "Where are you", the following day. I am not sure if there was a miscommunication with the language barrier, but we told him where we were and why we were not able to arrive the first day. When we finally got there after losing much precious time in Rome, and spending much more money than expected due to the delay, we asked if they could sympathize and refund at least a portion of our money from the previous night. They told us they were not able to do this. I found that less than hospitable because there was no way for us to arrive for the schedule time.
