  An old family run hotel. clean and perfect situated for the ruins of Pompeii. The beds are new but firm. I like a soft bed so for me a little uncomfortable. Elena the receptionist is very helpful and friendly. speaks 5 languages. Good breakfast menu and fresh. There's a supermarket just behind it if you need it.

  very old quaint hotel, Elena the receptionist was a real delight and very helpful, breakfast was fresh and exactly what we needed. right next to the ruins of Pompeii, lovely hotel and location

  You can go no better than this fantastic hotel. Situated in the heart of Pompeii, its only a couple minutes walk to the ruins and he same again to the central plaza. A spotlessly clean establishment, these people are very proud of their business and this shines throughout. Elena at the front of house is a mine of wonderful information in 5 language's!! And if you see him, ask the gentlemen of the house about his wonderful vino rosso ;)

  L'albergo è vicinissimo agli scavi, molto carino, camere pulite ed insonorizzate (cosa fondamentale visto il via vai di automobili) ma
  1. La colazione lascia a desiderare soprattutto per la qualità;
  2. Non hanno il cartello "non disturbare" da appendere fuori la porta ed il risultato è che hanno aperto 3 volte la camera per le pulizie alle 9:30 del mattino (e dovevamo lasciare la stanza entro le 11);
  3. LA COSA PIÙ IMPORTANTE! Ho prenotato tramite booking e hanno chiesto la pre-autorizzazione sulla carta di credito quindi li chiamo e specifico che ho intenzione di pagare IN CONTANTI in struttura, la ragazza dice che non ci sono problemi e che si farà come da richiesta davanti a me. Oggi, vado per pagare, e il signore mi risponde che avevano prelevato dalla carta Alterata, gli faccio presente che avevo chiamato per richiedere il pagamento in struttura (come dichiarato anche sul sito di prenotazione) e lui mi risponde che non ci siamo capiti e aggiunge "Che cosa le cambia darmeli in contanti o pagare con la carta?" Questa è stata l'apoteosi!!!! Cosa cambia sono affari miei e in più avevo SPECIFICATAMENTE richiesto, visto che ne avevo tutto il diritto, di pagare in contanti.
  La strafottenza del signore, mi costringe a "regalare" solamente un pallino poichè tutto il resto passa in secondo piano, peccato veramente per il posto molto bello!

  Camere molto carine, silenziosissimo e staff molto cortese. WiFi veloce e gratis. Parcheggio ampio e gratuito. Unica pecca la colazione un po' povera e soprattutto il cappuccino nn era un granchénn sapeva proprio di niente. Nel complesso cmq consiglio l'hotel
