Hotel is really nice - clear and elegant. Staff was nice but sometimes slow. What was espacially wrong - streange noise outside the window. It was any machine which work really laudly, even at night.

We stayed at this Hotel from 05/09/2017 for 7 nights. Manuela on reception was extremely helpful and friendly. All other staff were brilliant. The room was clean and the king size bed was very comfortable. We liked the breakfast being available from 7am until 10.30am - this gave us flexibility with planning our days. Breakfast itself was good with plenty of choice. Wifi worked perfectly well throughout our stay, no problem with dropping as others have previously mentioned. The only reason I have not given the full 5 stars is that although the Hotel is right beside Vesuvius there is no transport provided by the Hotel. We had to make our own way there. This was ok with us but I believe it would be advantageous to the Hotel bookings if they could consider setting up some transport. Having said that- we would definitely return/recommend this Hotel. Well done to all the Staff 👍🏻.

Onprettige sfeer! Niet fijn om als toerist buiten te lopen. Onvriendelijke mensen. Engels spreken ze heel moeilijk. Het raam kon niet op slot en kon je openen vanaf een openbaar balkon! Dat gaf ons een onveilig gevoel. De receptioniste deed er niks aan en zei dat we ons niet druk moesten maken. De douche was vies. We hebben ons gewassen boven de wasbak. Ontbijt is geen ontbijt te noemen, heel karig! Onze reisbureau had 4 nachten geboekt. Met veel tegenzin hielden we het 1 nacht vol en zijn we snel weggegaan! Absoluut geen aanrader!

Mi dispiace ma non è un albergo a livello di 4 stelle. L'aria condizionata rumorosa, pulizia non adeguata, arredamento specialmente i bagni vecchio, colazione di bassa qualità. Nota positiva il personale accogliente e disponibile.

Very Friendly, clean rooms, functional airconditioning. Extra parking for hotel guests and free WiFi. Just a bit old inside but clean.
