Ottima posizione, parcheggio e colazioni incluse e personale molto gentile. Qualità prezzo super!! Un po da rimodernare ed aggiustare le camere ma rispetto al prezzo pagato va più che bene!!

Great hotel in a historic part of Rome (Aventine hill). Close to the Orange garden and an easy 10 minutes walk to the Roman forums.
Rooms are well decorated. There is a patio where you can have a drink after a pleasant walk around Rome

We stayed here for 3.5 days, our room was located on the ground level with the separate enter from nice garden just across from the bar and breakfast area. The room and bathroom was very nice, clean and comfortable .The staff in the hotel was very nice and helpful. They arranged for us ride to airport located about 35 minute drive from the hotel. The cost for very comfortable ride was 48 E (before rush hrs.). The fantastic breakfast with super good cappuccino is included in the price of the room

Had a really nice stay in Hotel Villa San Pio! It is quite convenient with a number of restaurants within a 5-min walk, and also close to two metro stations. You can also get to the Colosseum within 10 minutes! The area around the hotel is really quiet, which is amazing. The room is clean and comfortable, it's just that it's a little bit too cold sometimes, but it's not a big problem. The breakfast area is really beautiful and the food is splendid. The staff are really friendly and kind, on the first they they served us some orange juice! They even recommended us to some restaurants and the restaurants are great as well! Will definitely recommend everyone to stay here during your visit to Rome!

Pro: Quiet location, nice old-fashioned clean room, serviceminded and polite staff. Nearby neighbourhood Testacio has serveral good restaurants, which are not crowded by tourists.
Con: No internet in room - we used the bar internet instead. Bubble bath in bathtub did not work.
Neutral: We had to walk a lot, both to get to the sights and a place to eat, breakfast was okay, but not exceptional.

Conclusion: Recommendable.

My stay at Hotel Villa San Pio was fantastic. Their rooms are world class and everyone who works at this beautiful hotel is very kind. I dont know how to thank the people who work as t the reception, especially the white and tall guyhe is very kind. I just pray that I will be back to Italy again. I stayed here on my honeymoon. They treated us very well, possibly upgraded our room and gave us some other free items to make our trip something special. This is a beautiful hotel and would recommend it to anyone.
