I adked Them for two days to fix our wifi but they didnt bother and Said they couldnt do anything about it

I went here with my class. Our wifi didnt work even though they said on the website that there was wifi in every room. I told them for two days to please fix it. Two days they said that they would send a technician but he didnt show up. Then they said that they couldnt do anything. I told them fix the wifi and stop lying or give us a new room, but they did not and then said that i was not in a position to say this because i was with my school here even though i paid just as much to live here as every other customer. Dont go here the customer servicer is horrible.

A group of us stayed there from the 27-30 april. The rooms were quite nice. The bathroom wasn't clean as much as I expected it. And the dinner we ate there was quite bad. The past had a bad taste, the meat was overcooked and not tasty, the only good thing where the potatoes, beans and salad. The fist dessert was a vanilla pudding and it was jelly and watery. The second day we didn't have desert and the third we had panacotta that was a actually delicious. The balcony was small but our had a view on the garden so it was quite nice.

Il luogo é coerente con le foto, l'idea di un giardino davvero carino, personale gentile, l unica pecca sono i mobili da rinnovare. Pulizia ottima, colazione adeguata e il costo é molto buono.
Purtroppo la posizione é scomoda dopo le ore 22:30 quando gli autobus terminano di circolare, però l'hotel fornisce sia navetta gratuita che a pagamento a seconda degli orari.response / report this review -

Very nice and friendly staff, great gluten free breakfeast included; good unlimited wifi and outdooor swimming pool in a lovely garden open 24-7! Watch out for old-style Italian electricity sockets!

Our group stayed here for 3 nights (June 22-24) and we all agreed, the best feature of this hotel is Magda at the front desk. She really made our trip and was the nicest, most helpful person we encountered.

Cheap and good shuttle service to a metro station. Close to the Rome highways. To get to the city center of rome, by shuttle service and metro would take you 45 minutes. Parking is available and hotel is very flexible in the way of working. Restaurant is also pretty good!
