Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Recommend a room with a balacony. Breakfast spread is great and comes included.

P.S. don't attempt to park on your own. Just pull into the driveway and the attendant will come out.

The perfect hotel in Taormina. Perched on a hill next to the botanical gardens with breathtaking views of the bay below. Spacious rooms with well thought through bathroom spaces. Clean and very stylishly decorated. Fantastic array of fresh produce for breakfast. Breathtaking garden and large pool with panoramic views of the bay below, mount Etna and beyond!

Appart from the exceptional view, large rooms, great breakfast, we really appreciated their customer oriented vision and flexibility (we had a personal issue - not related to them - and they helped us to solve it right away).

We also would like to express our feelings concerning the high level of professionalism of their staff: everybody was available all the time, smiling and kind.

Check in was a breeze. Staff was very friendly. Joshua sat down with us at check-in and mapped us to some of the fun things to do in the area. We were asked at multiple times throughout the hotel if the stay was okay and if we needed anything. Breakfast was easy and wonderful. Room was clean and spacious. View was spectacuar. Hotel was clean and organized.

This was truly a delightful stay.
