In what you could call a very run down area of Naples close to central station which helps for Pompeii, Herculaneum and the train to Rome. Hotel was basic but clean and fine and at 100 per night for a family room, it is what it is. Breakfast was good though, lovely bread rolls!!

Hotel was great overall. Clean rooms, firm/comfy beds. The conceirge was napping in the morning on the couch and took 15 minutes for check-out Ended up just missing my train out of Napoli Centrale

Although my room wasn't what I was expecting from a 4 Star hotel, the hotel itself was very nice and easily served its function of being a pleasant place to sleep while I explored Naples and the surrounding area. The food however was fantastic, and I ended up visiting the hotel restaurant multiple times during my stay because it was so good I wanted to keep trying other dishes. The staff were very helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable.

We booked this hotel in a rush as our previous accommodation let us down.
The location is excellent, the hotel looks good on the outside. The rooms though, (we've seen 3 or 4 trying to have a double room and not 2 single beds together) are poor looking, the furniture doesn't match at all. We had mould in the bathroom and one of the walls near the window was cracked. Otherwise, clean surfaces and fresh towels.
Breakfast was included and the timings were 7-10am. We didn't want to wake up at 7 just to have some breakfast, so we were there for about half 9. Not very fortunate cause half of the food was already gone, water bottles empty. Staff..rather preoccupied to take everything away and clean, so not very happy to see you.

I would give 0 stars. Not air conditioned and the elevators don't work. The first floor of rooms start after climbing 4 flights of stairs. Do not stay here. Im 5+ months pregnant and this was terrible. Check-in is not until 2.
Also, I booked online with a photo of a romantic room king bed and bathtub, but was given 2 twin beds and a shower. I'm almost convinced it wasn't even from this hotel.response / report this review -

I travel to Naples 5 times a year and tjis is by far The worst hotel i have ever styed in Naples bad staff bad breakfast and bad location price was very high bad wifi.

The filthiest hotel I've come across. It was such a nightmare I checked out after 5mins without a refund. Think my photos will do all the talking about this hotels' hygine rating.

3 star hotel at best. Dirty showers and basic bedding. Avoid if you are after a 4 star hotel.
