  Beautiful apartment right in the heart of Florence.
  The women at the front desk was extremely welcoming and helpful. We stayed in the tower apartment which was just awesome! Super cool and extremely well done interior.

  The room looks nothing like what’s on the pictures. There is no view of the city and many things are lacking.
  
  Edit: Staff was very considerate and tried to solve our problem. As they couldn’t solve the main problem, they offered us a free dinner at a well known local restaurant before giving us a new room.

  Great location. Right at the heart of the city and well connected to all the attractions. The house is well equipped, clean and makes you feel home.

  No lo recomiendo. La ubicación es increíble pero tienen varios departamentos y depende del que te toque será la calidad del mismo. Mi habitación por ejemplo tenía el techo a 1,6 metros con lo que tenía que andar agachado y una columna a 1,4. Tenía que andar gateando. Aparte de esto no funcionaba la calefacción y la cocina no estaba bien equipada. Un dpto. para cuatro tenía solo dos tasas por ejemplo la verdad es muy caro para lo que es.

  Siamo stati da poco in questa struttura.
  Le stanze della struttura sono impeccabili e la loro manutenzione è perfetta.
  Al check in si sente la professionalità del team e hanno un manutentore sempre disponibile per ogni evenienza, tant'è che l'appartamento era impeccabile dal punto di vista delle manutenzioni.
  Ottima anche la pulizia, il nostro appartamento era ben pulito e profumato, e i nostri figli hanno potuto giocare tutto il tempo senza che noi avessimo nessun pensiero.
  Il nostro appartamento, ma anche quello dei nostri amici, aveva un bagno bellissimo, ben pulito e attrezzato; è stata la prima volta che mia moglie ha usato un bagno non suo senza pensieri.
  I miei migliori complimenti quindi a tutto lo staff, abbiamo passato dei giorni indimenticabili!

  Excellent location, very helpful staff. The apartment was in mint condition. Brilliant alternative to a family room in a hotel, and similarly priced.

  الموقع ممتاز جداً والشقق نظيفة ومكيفة وآمنة بإذن الله
  Great location , the apartment is clean, it has A/C and WiFi also the guys at the reception are friendly and very helpful
