Hotel is good, staff is very nice and they all speck English which helps a lot. The place is bit off from city center but there are train stations nearby. They serve free breakfast and WiFi.

Food and staff ok but window in room was blocked by bunk beds which had large safety board covering 80% therefore made room dark and blocked an escape route in the event of a fire.

Except for the breakfast, which is not that tasty (worst coffee and cappuchino in Italy!) the hotel is very nice. The rooms are clean and the terrace on the roof is a nice place to sit. The main downside of this hotel is that the area surrounding the hotel is very unpleasant. It was almost ghetto-like, with a lot of trash, empty houses and stray dogs. We arrived late at night and the area felt really unsafe. Also, the trip to downtown Naples with public transport is not convenient as the nearby train station is almost deserted. All in all: Good hotel, wrong location.

The hotel room was fine. Breakfast was okay. Housekeepers are extremely loud in the morning. Unfortunately the area is not the best ever.

Rooms are nice. Location isn't great but the hotel.provides a free shuttle bus into town. The breakfast is a bit lacking.

Price is very good. Location isn't bad either, very easy to access the town center through metro or walking.

The rooms are reasonably clean. There is free parking.

Breakfast was not the best, little choice. EDIT: second day was much better.

All in all not bad, could recommend the hotel to others.

Good hotel in a run down area. But excellent hotel never the less with super large car park . Free shuttle into the town centre in the evening. Super friendly and helpful staff. Ideal for independent travellers.

If you want to spend your nights sweating and swatting mosquitoes then this is the hotel for you! The hotel turns off all the a/c at night to save money and I woke up every night sweating in a 28c room.. even worse was the dozen or so mosquito bites I got while sleeping, I'm pretty sure they are coming out of the vents. This city and this hotel should be avoided at all costs!

The location is super creepy. Do NOT walk around outside after dark. We booked this place thinking it's within walking distance to the train station. Bad idea. The toilet had to be flushed manually. Very light on the toiletries. Very cheap but you get what you pay for.
