Food was very good! And service was excellent but the room wasnt cleaned properly.. we litterally found a condom wrapping on th floor in our room.. :$ and the bed was the most uncomfortable we had in Italy! We asked for a double and we had two singles put together.. plus one of the matresses was so worn out I woke up with the worst back pain in my life! Felt like I was put through a spin cycle! :$ Also try l'antica trattoria del Burchio! Had an amazing meal set memu for 23€ one of the best meals we had in Italy

Car Park is a bit crowded and swimming pool is not open until summer. Others are okay

Neat and clean. Run by family when I was there in 2010. Friendly people. Best to have a car as kind of in the middle of nothing BUT close enough to everything if you have a car.

Clean, quiet, well located. Very friendly (and helpful) staff. Good breakfast and the view makes it even better!. The Tuscany you expected is here.
