Ottimo albergo sulle piste, ideale per gli appassionati dello sci e per chi fa tour con gli sci. Servizio eccellente cucina buona e si può usufruire di un piccolo centro benessere, prezzo medio.

The hotel has the worst customer service I've experience in many years. DON'T MAKE the booking in advance, outside of their seasonal open days since they won't respond to you before that, even if you have an urgency and need to make a change. When you try to talk to them, first you will have hard time finding someone who speaks English, then you'll be transferred from one person to another and no solution will be offered. The hotel is located on a ski slope and accessible only by the lift, so you'll be locked there during evenings, 'enjoying' mediocre food and rude service. Come here at your peril, terrible service and place that will ruin your vacation.

Terrible service, very overpriced food, ordering system is very hard to understand
