The staff very friendly, the location quiet and not too far to reach the sites on foot. The room clean, modern and fast WiFi. The breakfast excellent with a wide assortment. Very pleased with this hotel!!

This was my favorite hotel in that it was not too far from the center of town and my room was clean and comfortable. Sometimes the staff wasn't friendly, but the majority of the people at the front desk were willing to help me out with directions restaurants and points of interests.

There was a big marathon event around the hotel on the morning of check-out that I was not informed of. I was blocked in the hotel and couldn’t get out of the area, missing my flight back home. The hotel should have informed the guests that there would be an absence of transportation during the event, especially to those checking out on that date. Rebooking the flight for the next day cost a lot of money and also cost me a personal day. In my opinion, the least that the hotel could have done was to provide free accommodation for the additional night. However, I still had to pay for the room, although it was a reduced rate. Very disappointed in the poor planning by the hotel. At the least, they kept trying to help with getting a taxi.

Wonderful view over Arno river! Speaking of a bed with canopy and waking up to a fantastic morning view of a poster-like scene of Florence!

The hotel management yelled at my group for making noise a 11:00 in the afternoon for playing our music. Also the rooms are not what the advertise on Google, Bing, and Yahoo. In reality this hotel is a complete waste of money and time, I do not recommend this hotel I hope it gets shut down and torn down into bits and pieces
