Hotel rex is located about a 7 minute walk toTermini, which made it convenient to get to the Vatican, our crowd walked everywhere on this side of the river so it was convienient for us. There are excellent restaurans within a 5 minute walk. The room was large and this winter was extremely well heated. The shower was exceptionally hot 😁. The same day laundry service while expensive did an excellent job.

Amazing hotel to stay. Great pricing and great hostess and hostesses. They are super friendly here and real helpful. Laura especially. Great recommendations of restaurants and knows the area very well to point visitors and out of town guest to their appropriate destination. Highly recommended and if ever back in Roma will be sure to book with hotel Rex.

Very nice old hotel in Rome that is close to a lot of the major tourist sites. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider staying here again if visiting Rome. Would have no problem recommending this hotel to others.

Lovely friendly hotel, breakfast is good. Handily placed for the railway station and all the main tourist attractions there are also decent affordable restaurants within 5 minutes walking. Bathroom was a bit dated but serviceable all in all a good choice.

The rooms are average nothing to be excited over. Location is also average, a few blocks away from the main road. I did not opt into their breakfast nor have I tried the restaurant.

Location is fantastic, but this definitely is not a 4 star. We were upgraded to a supreme room which is Best of a 2 star. Rooms are dark, things just breaking off like the bedside socket. The bathroom looked clean but gross when you take a closer look. The hot water was a bit of an issue along with the shower cubicle and the pressure. The room cleaner wasn't any good, she kept forgetting to top up on the tea and accessories.

reasonable price and decent hotel. what do you expect from price you pay??? Little hot water problem but its ok. this hotel is close to everything. 20 min walk from collusium and 10 min walk to train station.

The hotel was quaint and classically styled. The staff was polite and went beyond expectations to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was large, fresh, and tasty. Very close to the terminal and a quick walk to the heart of the city.
