Le mieux est magnifique, on est vraiment en vacances. Une piscine très grande dans un cadre idyllique ! Le seul bémol du séjour est le réseau qui n'est pas très stable et l'équipement dans les appartements qui est vieillissant.

Beatiful, at the hills and forest with fantastic garden and pool area. Just 5 min walk to the beach. The beach is not much though.

Residence tranquillo, immerso nel verde, molto grande ma tenuto in modo impeccabile. Il personale è molto gentile e a disposizione del cliente. Gli appartamenti sono piccoli (almeno il monolocale) ma ben tenuti, carini e perfettamente puliti. A disposizione del cliente vi è l'accesso internet gratuito (su richiesta, qualità scadente). L'accesso al mare è a circa 2-300 metri insieme ad alcuni bar, pizzerie e un minimarket. Unici lati negativi sono il supplemento richiesto per usufruire della piscina (che non è una piscina olimpionica per la quale capirei l'extra) e, nel mio caso, il mobilio della cucina che mostra i primi, seppur piccoli e minimi, segni di usura.
EDIT: la connessione internet, pur gratuita, è di qualità scadentissima. Lenta in modo esagerato, perde connessione frequentemente al punto che diventa quasi impossibile utilizzare app come WhatsApp o Gmail.

Quiet place, embedded in green and trees, very big but perfectly managed and cured. The employees are very kind and helpful with clients. The apartments are quite small but well kept, nice and perfectly clean. Free internet available (poor quality). The beach can be reached within​ 2-300 meters together with a few bars, pizzerias and a minimarket. Cons are the extra money required for the swimming pool (nice but I don't see why I should pay more for it) and, as far for me, the kitchen furniture which shows the initial, even if small, signs of use.
EDIT: the internet service, even if free, is very poor in quality. Astonishingly​ slow, it often loses connection so that using apps such as WhatsApp or Gmail becomes almost impossible.response / report this review -

Personale assente,abbiamo ordinato antipasto e primo e sono spariti..non hanno portato il vino e siamo andati via senza secondo e dolce..preso caffè alla cassa perché non si facevano vedere i camerieri..precedente padroni molto bravi..ora incompetenti in un luogo del genere ..perché bellissimo

La struttura esternamente è molto curata ma gli alloggi lasciano molto a desiderare. Intanto sono privi di condizionatori, gli infissi sono vecchi e obsoleti. In bagno abbiamo trovato la vasca con il rubinetto arrugginito e lo scaldabagno sopra la vasca che sistematicamente, facendo la doccia, si schizzava. Penso che soprattutto quest'ultima cosa era anche pericolosa.

Residenza a pochi minuti da Portoferraio, immersa nel verde sempre ottimamente curato. Si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e presenta numerosi comfort come WiFi gratuito, due campi da tennis, una grande piscina e una piú piccola per i bambini. Consigliato per passare un bel soggiorno all'isola d'Elba

We spent a week in September there. The Residence and the Apparetment was very nice and clean. We liked the Pool area very much :) The Restaurant in the Residence was not the best in Bagnaia and in comparison to the other restaurants a bit expensive.
