Rooms are very basic, but beds are comfortable. Very clean. Good breakfast.

Very good staff. Very good breakfast, 5 mins walk from central square. Discounted parking station next door. Rooms, bathroom and beds all good.

The hotel is strategically located, a minute walk from the Bolzano Bozen train station and the town itself. The front desk staffs were very friendly and helpful. Nice clean room and good breakfast

There's a thorough review here in Italian with which I couldn't agree more. Basically, you see the hotel the minute you step out of the train station and look to your right. It looks a little old-fashioned when you see it, but like many buildings throughout Italy, the glory is in the inside. The rooms are modern and recently renovated. The breakfast room is spacious and the breakfast itself bountiful. The wifi was good. The personnel were helpful on all occasions. There's a reading room if you need to wait after check out time for your train to leave, as I did. The hotel is located not only within a few feet of the train station, but only a few streets over from the Piazza di Walther/Waltherplatz, which is the center of the city and the location of many places to eat and drink. This hotel is a superb value for the money.
