  I stayed at this hotel in September. Awfully bad hotel. Breakfast is bad. The rooms are not very clean. There are traces of the previous guest. The rooms are small and old. I understand that the hotel is 3 stars. But there are decent 3 star hotels. 3 days before departure, I gave some t-shirts to the laundry. I did not get them back. They took payment for the laundry and promised to send the items by mail. But I did not get my things. I tried to contact the hotel, but they do not respond to messages. I really do not recommend this hotel.

  Very convenient place near the metro and at walking distante to the park. Wonderful staff very helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

  Hotel Plaza is well located on the metro line, stop Dante, not far from Porta Nuova. Rooms are a bit small, essential but comfortable. Service was punctual and efficient, with clean towels and tidy vedere every day. Breakfast is included, not much variety but the quality is good.

  nice place if u don't ask too much clean room and good service, morning breakfast is not the best but is ok, overall price and quality it's good

  WiFi costs 12€ a day while on the website they had declared it was free. Windows cannot be opened more than 4-5 cm. Acceptable but it could be better.
