Clean, spacious rooms, kids area in the reception, good location although not centrally, nice hotel and staff.
Good rooms, a bit far from the tourist attractions. But has good connectivity by public transport.
Clean room and in hotel in general. The Area is abit abandonded but tram #4, a few hundred meter away, takes you to center Turin in 25 min and on the other direction to Torino Outlet village(+a buss) in 20 min. Small fitness-room with 1 multi gym-machine, 1 cycle and 1 running-machine.
Pretty decent. Out of town location, but it was close to our client location and very comfortable. Nice bar and outdoor area, breakfast was good, and staff were pleasant and helpful.
Quite close to public transport (tram) and on the right side of town for the airport.
This hotel is located at a virtually empty business park, but well connected with line 4 that will bring you to town. Since the pool and gym are very tiny (both can host approximately three guests) this hotel is just fine for transit stays that will last a few hours. But it was a major disappointment compared to the Accor hotel standards I am used to and way below Novotel standards. The poor maintenance is surprisingly well visible in the bathroom, gym, pillows and breakfast facility.
Rooms tidy and clean, as expected. Only do not be surprised to wait at VIP counter until standard queue is served.
Expansive(bad) coffe, no water for customers
Great rooms, clean and comfortable. However we had some problems with the ac.
Comfortable room. Very poor restaurant. Usual facilities such as swimming pool unavailable. Not 4 star standard should be 3 star or worse
I spent the night in a room with a double bed and a big sofa. The room had TV. There were 2 windows. One of them were totally closed and the other one could be opened but not a lot. To use the lift you had to use the card of the room. The hotel had a swimming pool and a gym. The gym was opened 24h, but I thought that I'd be bigger.
