Such a beautiful hotel with a gorgeous view. All the employees were very courteous and helpful. There surely was one employee who stood out to me; Maria (front desk)! She was BEYOND AMAZING. So gentle and so willing to help; always with a smile!! Thank you for such an beautiful and memorable stay!

Decent large hotel on the Amalfi coast. Has good views, but we only got a view through a tiny closet despite booking a sea view. Also, the name of the hotel says "Ravello" but it's not in Ravello(20 minutes drive). We actually booked this thinking the hotel is in Ravello. You get all the other comforts associated with a large hotel.
Overall, on the costlier side for what services it does provide.

Whilst the view is spectacular from the rooms with a sea view (which we did have) there are a few things that travelers need to know. First, the location is not great if you are not driving. The bus stop is close but the buses are inevitably full and don't stop, and don't come very often. As such you need to rely on taxis or very long walks/ climbs. The walk to ravello takes c45 mins and is up a very steep cliff. If you are not fairly fit it is very difficult, and would be near impossible in the midday heat. Taxis are €35 each way. 2. The rooms are somewhat dated. For a 4* hotel at this price you would expect more recently refreshed features. It's clean and looked after but the WiFi password of marmorata1983 gives a good hint as to when it was last done up. The photos on the website are not misleading; if you don't mind a dated hotel then it's fine. 3. The breakfast is ok, but again not 4*. The restaurant seemed reasonable (didn't try it) and the little restaurant on the road above is decent enough. Generally this is a 3/3.5* hotel with a 5* view. It needs a refurbishment across the board and it will be fantastic.

One of nicest hotels I ever stayed at. Charming , clean, great location. And everyone was so helpful and nice. Everyone at the front desk was excellent. Would come back

Great location. Very clean hotel. So nice to have private access to the water. Lots of tanning spaces. Breakfast is great lots of options. Amazing views.

Superb service, quaint but dated rooms and lovely view.
My only wish for this hotel was that they updated the toilet and room facilities. Beyond that, I cannot complain about the fantastic service, great restaurant and awesome view!
