Not the 4* they would have you believe. Noisy plumbing and air con will keep you awake. Breakfast is OK, but mostly cakes, dinner mostly dry and overcooked. Staff friendly enough and its quite well located

The Room was a bit small, had the Standard doubleroom. But quiet and comfortable. The Best Continental breakfast so far in sicily. Nice Promenade with good Restaurants. We enjoyed our stay!

Hotel is really clean and nice, but service is usually really slow (During lunch and dinner). As well its not near the beach.
Ambient is really nice, but wifi coverage is not really good (except reception and few places in garden).response / report this review -

Ho acquistato il pacchetto per Pasqua 2017. Esprimo un giudizio più che positivo per ciò che riguarda sia il vitto che l'alloggio. Nella struttura è presente un ottimo centro benessere, con personale qualificato.
Altrettanto si può dire di tutto lo staff dai receptionist, 'ai camerieri al personale ai piani. Un esperienza da ripetere senz'altro. Felice da Messinaresponse / report this review -

L'albergo si trova a ridosso del lungomare mazarese, è dotato di un grande cortile e di numerose sale ideali per conferenze e convegni. Offre tanti servizi tra cui Spa piscina ristorante e cantina con tante varietà di vini

The bar, which is the only place i tried yet, was an excellence place to relax and enjoy the nice atmosphere.
