Nice charming hotel in 70ies style with private beach.
Very local ambiance. Incredible view
Good place, excellent breakfast, very nice view, but rooms that should be renewed (old furnitures)
Good hotel for family of 4
This was one of the few hotels that we could find that could fit a family of 4 in one room. The room was laid out as 1 entryway with a single bed to the side. The entryway lead to a big room where we could rent a cot for the second kid. The cot was more of a portable single bed so worked for 4 nights. Then the adults had a queen bed in the same room as the cot. Window with a view of the ocean, amazing views off the terrace for breakfast or coffee. Small fridge to cool water in. Nice sized pool tucked up the hill off the top floor. Exceptionally nice staff. It was about a 7 minute walk to the main part of town. They have a sister hotel down on the beach so you can visit the beach for free.
The hotel has a beautiful view of the city and sea below. The staff was very accommodating, the grounds were scenic to tour, and the pool was very relaxing. The breakfast was great with a variety of juices, meats, breads and dairy. The view from the breakfast patio was also spectacular. Unfortunately we could hear people moving around on the rooms above and adjoining our room and the wifi was only available on the first floor. We will definitely visit this hotel again on our future visits to Taormina.
Only went here since it's a bus stop. Didn't use the hotel facilities at all.
We loved our stay here. There are swankier hotels in the area, but for the price, this is probably the best option. AMAZING views (get a sea view room, it's worth it), fantastic pool area. 5 min walk to the main street of town and right near the beginning of a trail up to the hilltop village nearby. Good breakfast, free parking Oh, and a great bonus: free usage of the sister hotel's beach and lounge chairs down in Taormina Mare - which is where we spent our lazy afternoons. Highly recommended.
