Excellent and very friendly staff. Make sure you spend the evenings on the terrace balcony at cocktail hour for the sunset.

Great location. Set back one road behind the main strip but still feels peaceful and relaxing. Staff very helpful and friendly. They have gone above and beyond to make our stay special (even researching wedding venues for us!). Rooms are spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Shower has a strong water supply. Hairdryer is pretty decent. Lots of natural lighting. Room has a full length mirror. We are in a ground floor room and so have a lovely private courtyard with flowers. There is a Jacuzzi surrounded by sunbeds. Lovely to relax there at sunset. There is also a bar for on the roof terrace where you can sit with a cocktail (served with tapas) and watch the sun go down over Mt. Etna. Breakfast is served on the top floor, again with great views. Fresh cakes are baked daily for breakfast. Also a selection on fruit, cereal, ham, cheese etc. The whole hotel smells gorgeous too. Couldn't recommend this hotel enough!

Historic building with nice rooms and helpful service. Nice view from breakfast and bar terraces. The breakfast is just average and little shame for such a nice hotel. Another disappointment was dirty whirlpool in bath room. Outside whirlpool was nice, unfortunately cold in April.

Hotel sito in pieno centro, molto comodo per spostarsi sul corso principale senza alcuna difficoltà. La struttura è elegante ma non pacchiana, curata in tanti dettagli. Ospitalità molto buona e stanze pulite e con ottime forniture. Bel giardino con jacuzzi. Silenzioso nonostante la vicinanza con il centro. Vista panoramica nel ristorante veramente suggestiva. Unici punti negativi: difficile (o forse impossibile) da raggiungere in auto a causa della sua posizione molto centrale e colazione che strizzava l'occhio troppo agli stranieri (in Sicilia ti aspetti di mangiate spremute di arance fresche e dolcetti alla pasta di mandorle e non avere un menu quasi completamente salato). Tutto sommato ottima struttura, consigliato!

Il fascino discreto di un'elegante residenza ottocentesca, impreziosita e resa ancor più accogliente con mobili d'antiquariato e con un stupendo giardino con terrazze e angolo benessere.. incantevole il panorama che si ammira dalla sala colazioni all'ultimo piano..
