Nice clean hotel mainly catering for europeans (germans ). Not child friendly and mainly older generations

Reasonably good hotel. We were on B&B and I'm not sure if they do dinner here, however, the breakfast was very very good but not so good for vegetarians as there is quite a lot of meat as well as fruit. There is one pool and i recommend putting down towels before breakfast as it can get crowded. Good service and nice staff

Had a lovely stay here! The view of My Vesuvius is wonderful and the hotel is lovely. I highly suggest eating dinner here because the food was delicious and the staff very friendly.

Poor location.Hotel bus very limited on times.Local buses totally unreliable.Taxis prices are extortionate. 40 euros sorrento to hotel.Hire car needed.Hotel very dated and rundown.Would definitely not return to sorrento. Other parts of Italy are much nicer and more friendly. Hence a generous two stars.

We booked a sea view room with a balcony. We had a wonderful day of relax in the pool area. We had lunch there and the food was terrific. The staff was friendly and nice. The only problem during our stay were a couple of children screaming and diving in the pool all the time (without a care of spraying other guests with water). The pool guys on duty politely try to have them stopped, but to no avail due to extremely rude parents. Obviously this is not hotel's fault and that is why I am giving 5 stars anyways. I would definitely come back to Jaccarino.

Lovely hotel. Out of Sorrento but good bus to get you in and out. We had a lovely sea view room with a balcony. Pool was good. One issue was a lack of tea making facilities in the room. Luckily we brought our own!

Great hotel, staff couldn't have been more helpful, food great and well served. Views from terrace breathtaking, must remember to book a sea view room next time. Shuttle bus service excellent. Can't wait to go back. The area should carry a government health warning as overcome by the scenery. Wow.
